Name that Sandwich: Radish, arugula, and chevre on cornmeal bread.
The cool mild chevre (you can also use cream cheese) does a wonderful job balancing the bite and peppery radishes and arugula. The thing that really makes the sandwich, though, is the homemade Cornmeal bread - a variation on the recipe found in Beard on Bread -- using whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose.
